The Master Class of FITNESS ON
Over 2000 Master Classes: every day we'll send you 2 lessons of 200 seconds each. Prof. Gemello presents you a series of simple exercises that involve all the muscles of the body and harmonic movements functional for your joint mobility and stretching, you will only need a chair and a desk. You decide the schedule for each day of the week and then we'll send you a notification when the time comes.
Customize your Workout
Organize your training session just the way you want it! We offer you over 200 extraordinary exercises: you only need your desk and your chair, no extra tools. You select the activities, decide your sequence and set the stopwatch with the duration of your training.
The Challenges
Check your improvements with the Challenges. More than 100 special exercises to test your new skills of endurance, strength, balance and elasticity. And when you feel ready, send the Challenge to your colleagues! Invite them and compete with them to find out who's the best.
The Achievements
