1 ★Just don't like that I HAVE to use the app to track. USPS, UPS, FEDEX all have internet options. The companies I buy from don't use Route enough to make want to download another damn app.
2 ★About half of my deliveries are actually delivered 1-3 days later than the app shows. Better off just getting the tracking number from a confirmation email and tracking it yourself. Uninstalled
1 ★Fix your deep links to adding new packages. It does nothing but take me to the playstore page despite already having the app, or a webview with nothing but a paypal logo.
5 ★It's a great app because I was forgetting what u would order but with this app it keeps track for me and let's me know when it will get delivered. I love it
5 ★I know the shipping fee is higher for eightvape, but I do have to say that Route is excellent! I really like this service and I WILL continue to use it.
1 ★Terrible tracking app honestly. Half the time, it can't get the location of your package. The other half, the location doesn't update. Interface design is mediocre. Constantly trying to get me to connect it with Amazon. Although, I could forgive all of that if it didn't REQUIRE you to make an account before ever seeing the option to track a package. This is the first and hopefully last time I ever touch this app or this delivery service.
2 ★Can't handle three separate orders that ship using the same tracking number. No way to manually add tracking numbers when Route can't find them. Waiting on a delivery today, 1:30 pm. Nothing from Route. Copied the tracking number. Went to the USPS website. Pasted the number. The package had been delivered at 10:30 am. Big fail as far as I'm concerned.
1 ★This app sucks it keeps alerting me of my package being deliver and Its a lie I won't receive the package 6 days to 2 weeks later. Shop is a way better package tracker.
1 ★Terrible app. Lot's of ads and other things popping up on the screen. Did not track my package at all. "Getting info" is the consistent message this app indicates but it never actually gets the information or provides updates on your package. I recommend using the "shop" app. It's very straight forward and user friendly AND tracks uour package accurately. This one is garbage.
1 ★The constant duplicate error codes when trying to add packages to track is infuriating - especially when the app used to be fine.
2 ★It's always difficult to see where the package is. I would like to see where it is as far as location. Not just out for delivery.
3 ★Not very informative. Doesn't give you real time updates. The one package it tracked was the most accurate and it was a ups package. Ups doesn't even use route. I just think it is gimmicky and not really useful. My packages sit in the same spot for days even when they have already been delivered. It's a clever idea but the app definitely needs some tweaking. I like the idea so I gave it 3 stars.
