Basically, it replaces couple of mobs with hostile animatronics, so the mod is pretty simple, but I think it can be used to create scary, modded maps. Those mobs will be quite a difficult enemy, they are faster and stronger than whoever you've met before and you will find them naturally spawning in Overworld.
