Description
The ez2cont has been designed for small business to manage their complete accounting needs with little knowledge of underlying accounting principles. This application will help to manage Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Expenses, Payments, Receivables and Payables in a simple way.The ez2count is primarily an android based mobile app. However, in the initial versions, new customer (user) induction will be done through a web-based application, by the application management personnel. However, in near future, self-customer registration process might be introduced. Once a customer is inducted into the system, he/she can log in to the system with the assigned user id and password, can configure the system and start working.
This application will have interactive dashboard containing sales, purchase, receipt, payments, receivables, payables, etc. along with easy navigation option and few graphical representations viz. pie chart and bar chart.
The reports will have option to export to pdf, share to the other standard apps like Email, WhatsApp and other media. The reports can be printed.
Application will support the following features:
1. Updating client’s organization’s detail information including preferences and settings
2. Customize system default Chart of Accounts with extensibility option
3. Define Product or Service along with pricing and opening stock, where applicable.
4. Defining Discounts and Tax applicable for Sales and Purchase
5. Create Sales Invoice – Can be added multiple product/service, tax and discounts
6. Making the sales invoice payments having options of full payment, partial payment and sales in credit. Allow making single invoice payment in multiple partial payment.
7. Create Purchase Bill – Can be added multiple product, tax and discount
8. Making purchase Bill payment having options of full payment, partial payment and purchase in credit. Allow making single bill payment in multiple partial payment.
9. Options for making other receipts and payments (Cash inflow and outflow) other than Sales and Purchase using standard Voucher entry

13. Number of reports viz.
