ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council ASIA) consists of representatives of 21 Asian countries to unite National Institutes of Architects on a democratic basis throughout the Asian region, to foster friendly, intellectual, artistic, educational and scientific ties. Annual meetings are held in different member institute countries, to deliberate and to give collective directions and representation to matters that affect the architectural profession in the Asian region. This year the meetings, Forum and 50 years celebration of ARCASIA is happening in Dhaka.
