Bahan - Bahan :
- 100 cc Air Rebusan Ikan
- 50 gram Beras.
- 25 gram Ikan Kakap
- 25 gram Kacang Polong.
- 25 gram Tahu
- 25 gram Tomat
Cara Masak :
- Pertama cuci bersih beras.
- Kemudian kupas tomat dan cincang halus.
- Selanjutnya cuci bersih ikan kakap, kemudian cincang halus.
- Kemudian rebus tahu kemudian cincang kecil-kecil.
- Lalu masak beras bersama kaldu ikan sambil diaduk perlahan hingga mendidih dan menjadi bubur.
- Masukkan kacang polong, masak hingga matang.
- Kemudian masukkan tomat yang sudah dipotong dadu, ikan kakap (iris kecil) dan tahu (rebus, iris dadu kecil).
- Aduk dan masak sebentar hingga semua bahan matang.
- Angkat haluskan dengan blender, lalu sajikan.
