2 ★I use it often but it frustrates me that I have to reset the unit system every time my phone has been turned off. There is no option I have found that makes it stay on imperial units instead of metric. This appears to be a flaw
1 ★If customer service is able to help I will change my rating accordingly.They are corresponding with me now and so far unable to fix it .I unpacked this and fully charged it first.The sport fitness tracker will not connect to my phone,I can't even set the time.I went through their website to download the app(Google play link).My phone(OS11) recognized the device as I Bluetooth paired it on the phone side but then it says it needs an app.I open this app and it says disconnected...so frustrating
2 ★Go to add device as instructions say to. Never found device. All settings that are required to be on are on. Also no instructions on how to update the time. I realize the device itself is not very expensive but come on.
3 ★Well it seem to be a good investment from the start, but now it's not even working. The first day was good everything seem to go smoothly everything recorded etc.. Then my bluetooth went off the system said that the app wanted to turn my bluetooth on so I allowed it but it never came back online. So I had to restart my phone for the bluetooth to come on. The next day my sleep never recorded. And I am still having trouble with it. Look like I wasted time and money.
3 ★Watch just decided not to stay connected to my phone. It shows paired but cant set time, date or alarms or even track steps. It's only 2 months old.
1 ★Got watch for Christmas. It won't connect even though it's compatible with my phone. It's useless with out the app and doesn't even tell the right time. Very frustrating
2 ★I would not suggest purchasing this watch. It was disappointing coming from a Fitbit. I purchased it when I lost my Fitbit in Cincinnati. It doesn't record heart rate, its difficult to scroll...if I go fwd I can't scroll backwards. Doesn't record sleep phases. If I had to find a positive it would be that it did record my steps accurately and it let me know when my phone was ringing. I plan on giving to my daughter as a toy.
3 ★The watch is awesome and counts my steps accurately but the app doesn't save the progress correctly. It worked for a little bit but then two days ago I walked 13 miles and yesterday I walked at least 8 miles however both days say 2,499 steps (2.50 miles) and so do all of the previous days. It also deleted my sleep data from those days and for some reason it thinks I'm sleeping right now. Hopefully these issues can be resolved with an app update.
3 ★Since I got out of bed this morning, the watch has not counted any steps. Since I first started using the watch it has not measured my heart rate. I cannot find anything on the app that mentions the BPM feature. It is disappointing to say the least. Update...today, BPM appeared and has stayed at 73 all day, which seems inaccurate because it did not change when I exercised or decrease when I rested. Steps started counting yesterday. Sleep updated about 4 hours after rising. Suggestions?
1 ★I fell asleep and woke up to the watch burning my wrist. Now the watch wont charge or come on. Not that would want to wear it again i believe this is a safty issue that should be resolved.
3 ★The watch is okay. Not the best. I wish it would tell you the date. I don't like that I have to have my bluetooth on 24 7 when I use my watch. I also wish I could change the back round to blue. The watch is not what I thought it would be at all. Edit. It has stopped charging and stuck at %2. I'm gonna leave it in all night.
3 ★Alot of the feachers do not work or read out. I have had better luck with a $3.00 one from Wish.
