Features
Programs Alive includes 17 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals.
Challenges Alive strongly believes your mental health is just as important as your physical health and has designed 30-day challenges where those intersect. Each challenge contains daily tasks, mindful mobility, workouts, and journal prompts. These challenges will help you push your limits and uncover new habits to live a healthier day-to-day life.
Daily Workouts Alive includes over 100 daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do.
Journey The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way!

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Dead 💀, me after the workouts. I'm not exactly a beginner more like intermediate-beginner, but these workouts are great for anyone because you can personalize them to what you need. The how to videos helps someone like me who is still learning form and the timer makes like so much easier. I've been waiting for this to hit the play store since it was announced. It has definitely met expectations. Love you Whitney!
4 ★Downloaded today and completed my first workout. The content is great, but the app is buggy. When I switch between the sections, it doesn't always want to load, or it will load, but won't allow me to open anything in the app. Update: I've used the app consistently for 2 weeks now, and I'm really enjoying the workouts. The app is not buggy DURING the workouts, which is what matters most to me. I'm updating my review to 4 stars because of that and look forward to further updates.
2 ★Just okay: Let me explain First off I love love love whit. I support her youtube and love all of her content. This app (personally for me) missed the mark. I can see how it would be good in theory though. My issues are the lack of ability to cast to a TV, no music in the background and it doesn't seem cohesive since I constantly have to select the next workout. Idk just seems like I get a better workout following her youtube at home workout videos. No hate, all love. This just wasn't it for me.
4 ★Love Whitney, love the app, love the program. I just don't love that it picks and chooses when to save my progress. I've been on week 1 for 3 weeks now and it won't let me move on. Sometimes it puts me on Day 1, sometimes day 5, depends on its mood. My notifications are also wonky, I've received a "rest day" note for the last 5 days. It's frustrating to say the least.
2 ★The app has a lot of technical issues. My workout progress isn't tracking correctly and my Journey tab shows blank fields. The workouts are great, but unless you do the at-home version, you need equipment that isn't easy to obtain (cable machine, for example.) so I think the price is a bit high considering that.
2 ★I really wanted to like this app. I love Whitney, and was hoping to support, but the app glitches so hard for me. I'm currently in the 7-day trial, and I don't think I will continue. The first day I got it, I registered for the Alive 2.0 program. In the gym, it started out okay, but a few workouts in, the rectangle where the video demo of the workout was supposed to be was just black. I skipped to the next exercise, and it was also black. I couldn't see what I was supposed to be doing. Then, I figured I'd just try to log in on my phone (was originally on my ipad) to see if it was working, but when I pulled it up, it didn't even show that I was registered for the program and therefore, I had no progress. So I returned to my tablet, and the app was frozen. I closed it out, and opened back up and it was stuck on the "alive" opening screen (the one that only has the logo). No matter how many times I closed it out, and opened it, nothing would load. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing. Doing that made it load, but again, even signing into my account, it showed no progress that I had made so far in the workout. So this was a 30 minute ordeal and I had to cut my workout short. This happened to me again the next day, with the black screen and the freezing. This time, I started out on my phone, so I know it wasn't a tablet issue. I have both wifi and network internet, and all of my other apps work fine. So I know it's the Alive app. Another pet peeve is that the app doesn't keep the screen on during the workout, even though it's timed and the cycles through exercises. I have other apps that keep the screen lit until the workout is over. So I think this should be a feature added. It was annoying to have to keep unlocking my screen during the workout. But overall, I like the concept of the app and I think it has potential, but with all the issues I've had, it's simply not for me. Maybe I'll try it again in the future when more bugs have been worked out since it's a new app.
4 ★I love Whit and I love supporting her, but recently the app has been acting up so much. I was super excited to try the new beginnings program but it wasn't on my home screen. I realized I needed to update the app so I did and then it kept crashing Everytime I'd try to open it. I restarted my phone several times and it still wouldn't open. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now it won't log me in due to an error. I'm sad, and hope it gets fixed. I have a google pixel 6 pro.
4 ★If you have trouble with consistency and cant afford a trainer i would give this app a go. It's nice that there's a video of each exercise for every single workout. The programs themselves are great. I've been doing alive strong and I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks with no change to my diet. My arms and legs are becoming more sculpted. Pick whatever program you want to do and get er done. I gave it 4 / 5 stars because the android version runs slower and I have glitches when comparing progress pics
4 ★Love the app and workout programs that tell you what to do. I had a glitch- Today my workouts started playing the warmup after the actual workout instead of before. I would like that fixed. I would love to see more at home workout programs! Something to make it even better would be descriptions or advice to do certain exercises correctly with proper form.
5 ★Never installed an app so quickly. Been using this app on an old iPhone for the last 6 months and I'm thrilled to finally have it on my Android! You can see how much hard work went into creating this app, the interface is clean, easy use and honestly flawless - just as good if not better on Android! The workouts are fantastic. I've done Alive 1.0 and halfway through Alive Strong and both have been the best workout programs that I've seen come from someone in Whitney's industry.
5 ★I love this app but when my Samsung Galaxy S21 updated on Nov. 1 2021 the app uninstalled and will NOT reinstall. I have contacted the app support for Alive as well as the google play store and even went to the Tmobile store. I was told to do all the same steps from everyone. The only different piece of advice I got that was different was from the Tmobile associate. He said that the update made our phones no longer compatible to use the app. He said that the Alive app has to update the app in order for us to possible use it. If any of you are having this same issue and have any luck find a way to let us know because A LOT of us arent having any success. We've done everything possible but still nothing. I'd like my November payment back since I can't use the app anymore. Thanks!
3 ★The workouts themselves are great and I want to like it so bad, but there are some serious problems with the app so far and I don't think it was ready to roll out yet. Progress on my plan isn't showing and after the first circuit/round, the timer doesn't sound off anymore. Please fix before I start my subscription!!!
