1 ★Why does the app NEED location on to function? Sony offers a service where the ANC adjusts based on surroundings and uses location data as a part of its algorithm. However, that is optional. What does B&W offer that requires location data to use the app? Also disappointed with the lack of EQ settings. The default sound may work for most, but others would like to tweak it based on their preference. Another area where B&W falls behind its competitors. Only useful for adjusting ambient sound level.

1 ★Last update resulted in me no longer being able to connect my phone to the headphones, whilst the phone is already connected to it and playing music

1 ★Cant give you more than 1 star because i cant get past the "add new" screen. The app doesn't register my headphones

3 ★Just got the PI3. Downloaded this app so I could update them but the app is saying the battery is too low. It doesn't seem to recognise the battery level is above 50%. Is there a fix for this?

1 ★At the moment its 1 star and thats for being able to download the app. Wont find my px5 nor the px7. I should be clearer and say i wanted to pair with the app. All i get for p5 and px7 is "oops sorry". A lot of money for "oops sorry"

1 ★So nothing has changed in the last year and there are no Devs working on the app. Sorry anyone reading this but B&W are not supporting your app for your headphones. If you want them to work use the power button to turn your phone off and on. Pretty sad state really.

5 ★Love the app and live the fact that the headphones don't actually need to be connected to the device itself to change settings. Would be nice if the auto-connect feature could be made to connect to two devices automatically instead of one.

1 ★Rubbish app, rarely finds the headphones. Tbh, even when it does find them there is no eq etc so much to do. All I was trying to do was see what charge was left, took 20 attempts.

5 ★Replaced my Huawei P10 Lite with an Mi 9T and the app (and BT connection) experience are now much improved. 👍 Review score stays the same but B&W shouldn't really say in the app "We frequently release updates..." if frequent updates aren't actually released? Just an observation...

2 ★The lack of an equalizer puts this behind other headphone brands, to the point that I ended up returning the PX7. Such a shame as it seems quite a basic app function.

4 ★Suits my needs well, but please include the option to turn off the LEDs of the headphones. The blinking is annoyingly strong if charged in an otherwise dark room.

4 ★The app was working fine until this year, now just wouldn't connect to headphones, even when phone is playing music on them.
