2 ★Awkward and not following a logical sequence of interaction. Slow and not what you'd expect from such a Company relying on its historic life story of high quality as experienced from all my other B&O products . Expected more for such a premium price for their products. Looks nice though.
1 ★Complete useless. Not only is the app unresponsive when choosing my device and setting up, but I cant manually connect the e8 ear buds either! Very frustrating, and can't understand how the company has some sort of reputation.
3 ★The app when working is a very nice app with helpful features such as connecting between the Xbox and phone. However the headphones themselves are having massive issues with connectivity constantly connecting and reconnecting to the device they are connected too. Simultaneously disconnecting from the Xbox and not reconnecting. Headphones appear to search for another device not find it and then not connect back up to the Xbox. Hoping an update will fix some of these issues as theyre unusable
1 ★Active noise cancellation not as good as other competitors. Can still hear surroundings even at highest setting. Ear cups not as comfortable. Start feeling pressure from them after awhile of use. As to why the bang and olufsen app needs to know your location to connect via bluetooth is beyond asanine of them.
1 ★Ever since the last update the app no longer connects to my beoplay H9i headphones. I've tried reinstalling the app and still doesn't work even though my account details still show it as an available device. Wasn't the best app to start off with. Not at all what I expect from a company like b&o
1 ★Will work through bluetooth but the app is useless, will not connect even though I'm playing pandora through it... wasted a few hours trying everything I could thing of... very disappointing as it cost about $100 and my cheap Onn from walmart works flawlessly

App requires location permission which if denied bricks the app. Tried pairing with H4 headphones and step to connect with phones Bluetooth didn't work, said it requires app to connect but app requires Bluetooth to connect. Overall an absolutely horrible experience setting it up
1 ★Extremely poor Could not connect at all, installed and un installed the app and it cannot connect with the product. Considering the price this is extremely disappointing.
2 ★just fyi, the Windows10 update launch on 5/11 made all BO devices disappear (i have four). it took me a lot of time to figure this out and so far the only solution from customer end is to uninstall that update. Today is 5/25. BO's response is tooooo slow.
1 ★seriously, this app ruined this brand. incredibly dumb app lacking basic features, difficult to use, slow to react and sometime not able to connect or convey simple instructions. no improvement after feedback for a considerable long time (while the CS team did reply saying working on it...)
5 ★Soft and melodious sound, playing any song will sound good.
2 ★To connect to the speaker allow location when using the app, only once setting won't work. and if it still does not work try restarting the app until it does. When it does it's fast. Very buggy app.
