5 ★Finally a device that enhances clarity. Understanding spoken words for me is not just increasing loadness. Hearphones help me discrimanate sounds better than hearing aids I have worn. I can better distinguish the Fricatives, sounds associated with letters such as f, s; v, z and also the Plosive sounds associated with letters p, t, k, b, d, g in words like pat, kid, and bag. The downside for some is you have something around your neck and stuck in your ears. Nobody pays attention to mine.
1 ★Extremely buggy My hearphones started playing music much quieter on some devices as opposed to others, so I tried to unpair them. Now when I try to repair, I cannot connect to any device. My hearphones are essentially useless and I can't reset them through the app. Very disappointing, the hassle is completely unworth the price tag.
2 ★Love the hardware, they work great. The software really needs work. It screams crappy beta version as if Bose just cobbled something together. Why can't I control them with Google assistant? No equalizer? No haptics? I mean, really, Bose. i would be embarrassed to publish this.
4 ★Sound, comfort, and function are incomparable, but I just assumed they would have haptics. Not so, making it easier to lose track of phone connection, or the fact that they are on and draining battery all day.
5 ★I have tried multiple hearing aids and at various costs and have found gold in Bose Hearphones. My Eargos will be returned on Monday. I also own 700 headphones and soundbar with subwoofer and these headphones are unbelievable. No ear wax problems, sound you can only get with 700 headphones and a bonus, bluetooth streaming! If there is an improvement that I would request it would be longer lasting battery as in the 700 headphones. The sound quality is as you would expect from Bose. Try the app!
3 ★Works really well except I've had a couple of instances where the app says its disconnected, but it isn't. The headset is still working and the only way i can get the editor back is to do a reboot of my motodroid.
3 ★When I lay my phone on the table and after I while I pick it up, it searches for my headset and does not find them. Still, I can hear the music coming from the phone to my headset. Why is it searching if it's already connected? And why does it not find it? I need to open twice the app to find them. that's a lot of time if I only want to change the hearing modes to listen to someone that comes by to where I am. I've only had it for two days, so that's the only thing I've found so far.
3 ★the microphyis really good but the headset sound quality is poor, not upto the Bose standard. I just wish if the sound quality of headphone was better for making music more enjoyable. but the microphone is good and really helps enhancing your listening capability.
4 ★App works fine on my Android phone but does not work on my Asus chromebook even though the chromebook shows it is connected through bluetooth to my hearphone. The app just shows a blank screen. Have tried turning chromebook, bluetooth and hearphone on and off but still no luck seeing the controls on the app.
1 ★Bought my headphones 09 /05/2020 in Nebraska. I live 3 hrs drive from there but was the closest store. The headphones worked fine until 11/05/2020. Now the right ear bud does not work. Keep saying ear bud not detected. I have tried changing to different size earbuds, cleaning them, but they will show they are in ear then not detected. The left earbud seems ok for now. I have read the manual but find no fix for the problem. I have hearing loss and these worked better than aids.
1 ★I am not able to experience the actual output of the soundsport as I have an Android phone. I have compared with iPhone and the difference is massive and for me sound echo and traveling is really important and even in this application there is no option for equalizer as because I have an Android phone. Kindly help me with this.. spend so much money just to face this? I guess only iPhone customers can enjoy this app and Bose soundsport. Really sad.
1 ★Absolutely terrible doesn't even deserve 1 star. Can't even get past the connect headphones process. My headphones show up but when I select them I get directed to the bose connect app to connect them and then from there I get directed again to another app bose music which I already have them connected with but all I keep getting is the same message 'hey, we have a better app for that'. Great headphones completely useless and waste of time and space for the apps tho
