تنفيذ السياسة العامة للنقل البري .
العمل على تلبية الطلب على خدمات النقل البري وتأمينها بالمستوى الجيد والكلفة الملائمة.
تخطيط شبكة خدمات النقل البري ومرافقها ومساراتها.
وضع الخطط اللازمة لإنشاء مرافق النقل البري وتشغيلها وتنفيذها.
تحديد مواقع مرافق النقل البري بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة وإدارتها والإشراف على خدماتها.
