● 수면 주기- 1단계 ~ 4단계까지 이루어지는 데 보통 1단계에서 꿈을 꾸게 됩니다.

● 잠자기
- 원하는 수면 주기 횟수를 선택하고 잠자기 버튼을 터치하면 수면음이 수면 유도 시간을 포함하여 적절한 시간동안 재생됩니다.
- 기본 추천 수면 주기는 5주기입니다.
- 기상시간이 다가오면 기상음이 재생되기 시작합니다.
