3 ★You DO NOT save money which was disappointing to me. You get "rewards" which you then have to spend in their store. And the rewards expire in 90 days. I have not had a great experience...
1 ★Used to be great, until a recent update. Previously you could upload receipts from your camera roll but that functionality is now gone. Today I uploaded a receipt, and "something went wrong" so they sent me a link to re-upload. Except that since the upload functionality is gone, I can only re-take the photo. By then I've left the restaurant and only have a picture on my camera roll. So then you have to talk to customer service who used to be GREAT, and now they give you canned responses. Ugh.
1 ★Expired rewards after 90 days means you have to be constantly using it to get any value. Redemption also can't be done in small increments.
5 ★Skeptical at first because of all the low reviews but my experience had no issues. I went to a restaurant as a walk in. At the end of the meal, gave 2 receipts just in case to cover my bases. Within 24 hours got my rewards and the signup bonus I had added as well. Hope they keep it up with the high % rewards !
1 ★False advertising. Card that came with dinner said scan QR, get $20 credit for new signups. Nope. I have gone back and forth with support a half dozen times. They are adamant in not accurately fulfilling their offer. I have referred them to our state Attorney General. Update: they finally credited my account $20 without additional purchases - AS THEY HAD ADVERTISED. So - to be clear. It took a half-dozen emails, filing a complaint with our state AG, filing a complaint with Google and writing a terrible review in order to get them to do what they advertised. Nope - stay away. NOT a good organization.
1 ★This app worked wonderfully the first few weeks i had it. Now, it doesnt open. I continually get an error message with an option to reload that doesnt work. Ive sent emails to support, but no word back on what the problem is or when it will be rectified.
2 ★Advertises retail partners that they're not actually working with. Wanted to redeem my seated rewards and was unpleasantly surprised to find: 1) can only redeem in multiples of $10, which means I don't get the full value of my rewards; and 2) I was excited to exchange my rewards points at lululemon. When I went to make the exchange, and selected lulu from their partners page, I got an error message- had to ask customer service why and they told me they no longer work with Lulu. Deceptive!
3 ★I love discovering new restaurants and saving money at the same time. The app works flawless for the most part but I would like to see more filters by neighborhood, cusine, price range etc which will definitely makes the restaurant discovery better.
3 ★Really loved using this app during the summer of 2022. Making last minute updates for reservations was easy -appreciated the prompt live chat support. Trying to use the app again -but I'm not able to log in - even with a password reset. Contacted account support, but no response yet.
5 ★Excellent dining app - this has effectively replaced my use of Open Table in the cities that Seated is available. My only feedback is to keep the Seated Partner program (I don't see it in the beta test app). It encourages us to tell our friends and family about it, win-win situation. Here's hoping that COVID-19 dies down and we return to restaurants!
1 ★Seated reviews was installed to help with Amazon Tracking somehow. Sadly they can not even register my first name. A very common issue I run into, yet however if I can not even register my real name, the app is no good to me... please update your system to include a hyphonated first name (pretty simple honestly) and I can make a proper review. As of now the app/program is useless to the all American working woman!
1 ★This app started off good, but beware...after being a user for quite some time, I earned quite a few hundred reward dollars. Due to a very hectic time in my life, I was not going out much and didn't use the app for 3 months. When I recently checked the APP, I saw all my rewards were gone. I reached out to customer service and they said that my rewards were gone because I hadn't used the App in 90 days. As someone who has used this app frequently over 5+ years, I'm extremely disappointed.
