1 ★This app is full of bugs, and the customer service is unhelpful and lacks understanding.

1 ★Sounds like an interesting app, if it actually worked. This app shows me a front page of restaurants, but if I try to browse at all or search at all it tells me there are results but won't show me any and I can't advance in the app. I'd like to be able to search based on a map but all I see is a blank spot where maybe a map should be?

3 ★Cool app and you do get rewards, but the map doesn't load half the time

1 ★I was saving up for a $100 voucher. I went out the country and my phone was lost. By the time I got back and got the phone replaced, my $96 in credit was deleted. They have zero empathy and ability to let you petition to get your credit back. What a scam.

1 ★My friend's credit was wrongfully voided despite being a loyal user to the app. This is a surefire way to mistreat your user base and ensure that people look elsewhere toward other rewards apps. I will be sure to tell all of my followers about this transgression - so much for rewarding "customer loyalty".

1 ★Forfeiture of rewards is the pinnacle of shady business practices. I would've once recommended this to anyone dining in NYC, but now I'll be sure to advise against it. If you do not use this app every month religiously, you'll be penalized for it without any recourse. Over $100 worth of rewards lost abruptly.

1 ★The app locks me out and claims my phone number is a VoIP number. It is not.

1 ★Good in the beginning, then they started sneakily taking rewards back. I had $27 sitting in my account, forgot to either dine out or cash out a rewards within 90 days. So it's now "expired", which is a loose translation for stolen. Not a fan of companies that find ways to screw their customers over.

1 ★I've been a loyal app user for a long time. Then, my $245 in rewards disappeared overnight. I didn't know that my rewards will expire if I didn't use the app in 30 days. Now, whenever I try to reach customer service, they tell me it's part of their terms and conditions, and nothing can be done about it?? This is insane.

1 ★Logged in after a while only to see my entire reward balance has gone to $0, despite never redeeming it. Not sure what the point of the app is if execution is so sloppy.
