ورحم الله الشيخ البيحاني حيث قال:
إِنْ رُمْتَ تَعْرِفُ آفَةَ الآفَاتِ
فَانْظُرْ إِلَى إِدْمَانِ مَضْغِ الْقَاتِ
الْقَاتُ قَتْلٌ لِلْمَوَاهِبِ وَالْقُوَى
وَمُوَلِّدٌ لِلْهَمِّ وَالْحَسَرَاتِ
مَا الْقَاتُ إِلَّا فِكْرَةٌ مَسْمُومَةٌ
تَرْمِي النُّفُوسَ بِأَبْشَعِ النَّكَبَاتِ
يَنْسَابُ فِي الْأَحْشَاءِ دَاءً فَاتِكًا
وَيُعَرِّضُ الْأَعْصَابَ لِلصَّدَمَاتِ
يَذَرُ الْعُقُولَ تَتِيهُ فِي أَوْهَامِهَا
وَيُذِيقُهَا كَأْسَ الشَّقَاءِ الْعَاتِي
وَيُمِيتُ فِي رُوحِ الشَّبَابِ طُمُوحَهُ
وَيُذِيبُ كُلَّ مَزِيَّةٍ وَثَبَاتِ
يَغْتَالُ عُمْرَ الْمَرْءِ مَعْ أَمْوَالِهِ
وَيُرِيهِ أَلْوَانًا مِنَ النَّقَمَاتِ
هُوَ لِلْإِرَادَةِ وَالْفُتُوَّةِ قَاتِلٌ
هُوَ مَاحِقٌ لِلْأَوْجُهِ النَّضِرَاتِ
فَإِذَا نَظَرْتَ إِلَى وُجُوهِ هُوَاتِهِ
أَبْصَرْتَ فِيهَا صُفْرَةَ الْأَمْوَاتِ
فتتكون الرسالة السابقة من مقدمة وقصيدة للشاعر صالح بن غالب العجيلي الحضرمي بعنوان:

وقد جعلت هذه الفتاوى على قسمين :

وقد ختمت هذه الرسالة بقصيدة
مناسبة للموضوع للشيخ حافظ الحكمي رحمه الله تعالى
التي بعنوان :
