يمكنك من خلال هذا التطبيق أن تنشر أي خبر مفيد عن المدينة كما يمكنك التبليغ عن أي تقصير من قبل أجهزة الدولة (البلدية، الشرطة أو اية مراجع رسمية)، أو مخالفات يقوم بها المواطنون أو التعديات التي يقوم بها الشبيحة وسوف يتم نشر الخبر بعد التحقق من دقته.أسست هيئة الطوارئ لإنقاذ مدينة طرابلس من أجل لمّ شمل المدينة حول وقف التدهور وتشجيع المبادرة الذاتية للإنقاذ من دون المزيد من الانتظار العبثي للدولة والمسؤولين الذين تركوا المدينة لمصيرها البائس.
كما كان الهدف من إنشائها هو تأليف قوة ضاغطة مستقلة ومنظمة تدافع عن حقوق المدينة ومصالحها ولا تعفي الدولة والوزارات والمسؤولين على كافة المستويات من مسؤوليتهم وتقصيرهم تجاه المدينة، طرحت الهيئة لتحقيق أهدافها سبع أولويات لوقف التدهور في المدينة كما وضعت خطة خمسية تخرج المدينة من النفق المظلم الذي تعيش فيه كما رسمت أهداف وملامح رؤية لطرابلس ٢٠٣٠ وطرابلس ٢٠٥٠.
