1 ★Please don't do subscription they promise that they give milk on dialy basis after subscription however they don't I paid complete amount for 30 days but I have to call on everyday basis asking why I didn't get the milk and didn't receive milk even a single day inspire of telling them that I am buying milk for my 2 month old baby.
5 ★Milk provided is of best quality.Really authentic milk. But application need to be improved. It Does not show order summary. There no option of cancelling delivery and resuming it.everytime we need to call them.this very bothering and time consuming.management must look into it.

But No Delivery revd on scheduled date , Neither any updates, service response is very poor, order status option is not there in App website, its pathetic

The delivery guy says if u don't give cash payment we will stop delivery from tomorrow and then delivery stops... Due amount goes on increasing... With no response from customer support

I contacted my bankn, they provided all details regarding the successful status of transaction. Still these provilac team is not able to find and not added the balance in my milk wallet. Since last seven days they just tell forwarding issue to accounts section. If u can't maintain your account properly , you take only cash on delivery for your service.

2 ★The app doesn't sign me in, says cannot communicate with server. For last 3 months, I cannot even pay through the app, so have to use the website. Uninstalling this as it has become just dead storage on phone. I anyways have to use the website for everything.
