Em 1985 os irmãos, Walter, Wander e Carlos Guaritá idealizaram e fundaram a primeira leiloeira de Mato Grosso do Sul, a LEILOBOI LEILÕES RURAIS, hoje presidida por Carlos Guaritá e Família, a leiloeira realiza mais de 100 leiloes anuais.Na comemoração dos 25 anos da empresa, em junho de 2010, a Leiloboi realizou o maior leilão de gado de corte da historia do estado, o MEGA LEILÃO LEILOBOI 25 ANOS, no Confinamento Malibú. Com 15.000 animais ofertados e vendidos em seis horas de leilão, com dois mil clientes presentes.
Em 2011, a empresa inaugurou sua sede própria em Campo Grande/MS. Com espaços amplos e modernos, tecnologia digital, com estúdio que possibilita a transmissão dos leilões virtuais ao vivo, através de fibra óptica.
Em 2013, a LEILOBOI adquiriu a Fazenda Novo Horizonte, no pantanal da Nhecolândia, Curva do Leque, em Corumbá/MS, para dar continuidade ao desenvolvimento da região, com modernidade e profissionalismo. O LEILÃO LEILOBOI FAZENDA NOVO HORIZONTE, acontece todo último sábado do mês, atingindo a marca de 55.000 animais ofertados em 2019, com 100% de liquidez.
Já em 2019, inaugura sua sede própria na filial Leiloboi Corumbá/MS, para melhor atender os clientes do Pantanal, região de grande potencial para o crescimento da pecuária nacional.
Ainda em 2019 a Leiloboi comercializou um total de 3.500 Reprodutores e Matrizes PO. Já os leilões de GADO DE CORTE, realizados nas cidades de Campo Grande, Ponta Porã, Dourados, Jardim, Maracajú, Bela Vista, Caracol, Nioaque e Corumbá, ofertaram mais de 10.000 animais. Além dos leilões em recinto, realizamos todos os domingos, às 20:00 horas o LEILÃO LEILOBOI VIRTUAL DE CORTE, comercializando cerca de 26.000 animais, se tornando o LEILÃO VIRTUAL DE CORTE de maior credibilidade do país.
