Em 1985 os irmãos, Walter, Wander e Carlos Guaritá idealizaram e fundaram a primeira leiloeira de Mato Grosso do Sul, a LEILOBOI LEILÕES RURAIS LTDA .Hoje presidida por Carlos Guaritá são mais de 120 leiloes anuais. É a quarta leiloeira do ranking brasileiro e líder em leilões no estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, onde realiza os mais importantes leiloes de Nelore, Nelore Mocho, Brahman, Raças Européias e Sintéticas, Leite e Equinos.
Além dos leilões em recinto, realiza todos os domingos, à as dezenove horas o LEILÃO LEILOBOI VIRTUAL DE CORTE, em parceria com o Canal do Boi. Em 2014 vendeu cerca de 30.000 animais, se tornando o leilão virtual de maior credibilidade do país.
Na comemoração dos 25 anos da empresa, em junho de 2010, a Leiloboi realizou o maior leilão de gado de corte da historia do estado, o Mega Leilão Leiloboi 25 anos, no Confinamento Malibú. Com 15.000 animais ofertados e vendidos em seis horas de leilão, com dois mil clientes presentes.
No ano seguinte, a empresa inaugurou sua sede própria. Com espaços amplos e modernos, em uma área de 1.296 metros quadrados. Com tecnologia digital, seu estúdio possibilita a transmissão dos leilões virtuais, através de fibra ótica .
Em 2013, a Leiloboi adquiriu a fazenda Novo Horizonte, localizada na Curva do Leque, em Corumbá, para dar continuidade ao desenvolvimento da região, com modernidade e profissionalismo.O LEILÃO LEILOBOI FAZENDA NOVO HORIZONTE, acontece todo último sábado do mês, atingindo a marca de 42.000 animais ofertados em 2014, com 100% de liquidez.
