1 ★This app is so buggy it shouldn't have been released. Even the most basic features like quantity toggles don't work as expected. I had to literally give up and abandon my cart due to the sheer volume of issues, performance included. I'd recommend investing more resources in QA, internal releases and test automation since clearly you seem unable to catch fundamental issues that slip left and right into the public release.
1 ★The app does not work and keeps asking me to log in via my supercard ID but when I try to, the app becomes blank. This is been going on for over a month now. I cannot order via the app. I've messaged a couple of times, but no one has gotten back to me. I hope someone can resolve this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.
1 ★Loads slow. Too many unnecessary menu details in the screen. I just want to see the products, price per unit, ingredients and availability. I dont want to tap more than once to delete or add an item in my shopping cart. Please simplify your user interface. Believe me Its too crowded.
2 ★Was full of hope when you replaced the old Coop App with one, and it is actually even worse. The main reason why I use this app is to check the weekly offers. Either you've only been having lousy ones, or the ones I can see are just about things I don't buy/need. Anyways, it used to be much better
2 ★Not very good. When trying to add stuff to your basket it takes forever.....then 5 minutes later things you thought failed suddenly appear in your basket. Cannot understand the app behaviour, but it's far from a quick and easy process to make an order. Stick to the website.
2 ★Not good. The coupons are not working properly. E.g. if I have a shopping cart of 200 chf and a discount coupon of 30 chf, when I go to checkout the total price (after applying the coupon) is 170 chf, which is correct, but at the moment of payment (e.g. using TWINT) the checkout price goes at 190 chf.
1 ★App is slow, products fail to load before timing out, can't select delivery time without it timing out, sometimes refuses to login at all despite having correct info, etc. It is a shame because the old coop@home app worked pretty well and the website works. The app just doesn't.
1 ★Slow slow slow! Issues with login. Issues while trying to finalize the order. Error messages that keep reappearing. Madness that such a large company is unable to sort out basic process issues.
2 ★Cannot login with supercard login. App doesn't work at all; web solution does! Shame on coop app developers - average customer rating of 2.3 absolutely justified! 3x unistalled/installed again, no way helps! I give up & shop with M and farmy.ch. Both have great and extremely useful apps
3 ★Looks like some stuff improved. The login works perfectly again. So I'd say that deserves an additional star. I see the Devs are working hard on this app. Got to cut them some slack.
2 ★Very good coop. But important items are not there. Cow heart, lamb liver. Ect, ect. Other coops they have. Only Matten coop not selling these items. Please if you can sell those items it will be great and helpful for everyone.
1 ★unbelieveable. It takes decades for a product to load, bugs and laggs everywhere, can't understand how the devs gave the ok to release this app. Use coop's website to find something, don't bother installing this.
