This means your shopping is already scanned and ready for payment at the checkout.With the passabene app, you use your smartphone rather than a hand scanner from the store.

How passabene works:
1. Install the app
2. Log in with your Supercard ID or create a new Supercard ID
3. Select the store using location services or by scanning a QR code

3 ★Leider ist in vielen Filialen das Personal nicht ausgebildet. Chaos ist vorprogarmiert!!! Ab und wann fehlen auch die Codes beim Gemüse, Brot. Das App erinnert mich stark an SAP. Zu kleine Button, keine wisch Funktionen, kein Filial Finder, kein Super Punkte Konto Stands angezeigt, keine Einkaufs History... Ab und wann dauert der Verbinungsaufbau an der Kasse sehr lange. Zu empfehlen nur in Coop Filialen die schon Passabene Geräte haben. Da ist da Personal geschult.
3 ★Klappt alles einwandfrei aber der Sinn gegenüber den Handscannern erschliesst sich mir nicht wirklich wenn ich anschliessend trotzdem noch an die Self-Checkout Kasse muss. Praktischer für die Kunden wäre es doch, wenn ich den Kauf abschliessen und direkt in der App per Twint oder hinterlegter Kreditkarte bezahlen könnte. Einkaufen -> Slider "Kauf Abschliessen" -> Anzeige "Übersicht und Total" -> In der App Bezahlen und fertig. Alternativ (Wenn man an die Kontrollen denkt) bei den Self-Checkout Kassen ein separates Terminal ohne Kassenfunktion hinstellen wo man einen Code scannt und welches anschliessend die Bezahlung in der App freigibt oder aber mittels Farb-Anzeige eine Kontrolle anfordert.
3 ★Alles in allem eine gute App. Einfach zu bedienen. Strichcodes werden meist schnell erkannt. Z.T. geht es leider sehr lange bis ein Produkt geladen wurde nach dem Scan - Wartezeiten entstehen und man kann nicht weiterscannen. Zudem kann man die Anzahl der Produkte nicht via App erhöhen (z.B. bei den Zitronen). Wünschenswert wäre eine Halterung für das Smartphone (wie beim Passabene Gerät) - das würde die Handhabung vereinfachen. Ebenfalls wünschenswert: Bezahlen direkt via App.
1 ★J'ai essayé cette app 3 fois dans deux magasins Coop différents à Lausanne. Chaque fois, en passant au terminal Passabene, un message a demandé un rescan partiel. En scannant le premier article, le terminal dit que l'article n'a pas été scanné et demande un rescan complet. J'ai montré à la vendeuse que l'article était bien dans la liste d'achats montrée dans l'application... Comment Coop testent-ils ces apps? Pas du tout, il semble! PS: Oui, je suis bête d'avoir essayé plusieurs fois...
2 ★Grad 250 chf gescannte Einkäufe verloren. Jetzt dürfen wir alles nochmals ausladen. Edit: ich hab keinen crash per se gesehen, als ich das Phone entsperrt hatte wurde der Filiale Wählen Screen wieder angezeigt. Überhaupt, scannen war schnell, aber es ging immer lange bis das System den Artikel geladen hatte. Das muss besser gehen... Wenn man Warenkörbe verliert ist die App nicht brauchbar. Edit: ich teste es gerne nochmal aus wenn ein Update da ist. Danke!

2 ★Zu umständlich! Bei gescannten Artikeln lässt sich die Anzahl nicht erhöhen (musste den gleichen Artikel mehrmals einlesen). Der Dialog erscheint zwar, aber das + ist ausgegraut und nicht aktiv. Die gesamte "User experience" ist deutlich schlechter als bei Migros.
2 ★Great when it works but crashes regularly and loses the entire shopping cart (usually when you are just about finished). Also the Coop staff at the self pay register invariably have no clue on how it works which makes things painful every time there is a spot check (which is often).
3 ★Does it automatically apply your coop card at checkout? Would also be good to have the manual selections lists in there (stuff that doesn't have a barcode, ie. bread). Also tap to focus should be a norm nowadays :(
1 ★Crashes, when it does it looses the current shopping cart. How hard is to store the cart(list) in the local phone storage !
