1 ★I'm having to change my password every single time I use it. Always says that the password is incorrect, even though I know it's 100% accurate. The app even recognises the password as an old one, when I try and reuse it, so there's obviously an error with the app!
4 ★User friendly. Like the automatic loading of camera/ gallery screen when uploading journeys on the train- allows to quickly upload a receipt without clicking through more pages to do so. Would be useful if I could save journeys as a favourite, not just location. I.e. if I could save a return cycle from home to the train station.
1 ★looks great. but why would you go to all that effort, then limit access by making finding the price impossible. nothing in the app the website is just a sales pitch asking for contact details, which I assume will lead to sales badgering for an expensive product. I'm just a guy who needs to track his bus tickets !
4 ★Disappointing. Just crashes on opening so not usable at all! Edit: following support, phone factory reset and reinstalling it appears to be working now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. No idea why it didn't work at first!
1 ★Terrible interface, unintuitive and unreliable. Constantly stating maintenance is underway. Doesn't always save accurately, the GPS tracked mileage is always incorrect and shows less miles than actually traveled and therefore redundant. Only using because my company has forced me to otherwise would go nowhere near this app. Best avoided in its present state!
5 ★Amazing for expenses admin. Has made a daunting task simple and efficient. I used to miss expenses as receipts would be lost the resurface after the claim deadline. This app has meant expenses become a background task and don't even make it onto my 'to do' list.
1 ★Doesn't even let me log in. I've used the web based portal with no issues but when trying to use the mobile app it won't even log me in. I've tried all the troubleshooting checks, still no joy. From reading other reviews it seems this app is just totally useless. Don't even bother with it.
1 ★Constantly crashing. Tap to add location and icon constantly spinning. Very time consuming when trying to get through visits. Have to edit journey to add passengers instead of being able to do this when adding location.
1 ★poorly thought out. far too much jumping around from one screen to another when entering receipts. the only location the mileage function will recognise on gps is at work. anywhere else i have to google a postcode and manually enter it. whats the point.
1 ★worked ok for a few weeks, now after ive recorded my journey using the gos feature and try to upload to claim i get an error: cannot communicate with expenses. internalservererror. this renders the app completely useless
1 ★Used to work now says BadRequest continually even after reinstalling several times. BadApp more like!
2 ★Just added this app. I'm pretty IT literate but this is useless and not intuitive. I'll probably stick with desktop version where home and office and other regular trips are more easily entered.
