3 ★Good but have some serious problem.... 1 Limited watch faces. 2 always not show proper notification something notification update in watch after 5-10 minutes or sometime not even update in watch. 3 dnt show proper battery life of watch. 4 some software problem like if i set a miles goal at 3.5 miles in goals option then it shows 5miles in goals if i set my hight 5.8ft in profile it shows 5.9ft these are some of the well-known problem of this watch....hope tenor team improve this
1 ★This application is getting worse. It never connects with the device. In the initial days, it was functioning good. Then after two or three days, the sleep tracker stopped working, then after that the app stops responding multiple times. Please 10.or fix this application
5 ★Before the update the time in my phone and the time display in my watch was totally different now after an update it's going on good even it has fixed minor fixes wish to see more watch faces in future ☺ and please look after this it's also showing connecting in notification which is the main reason for time variations kindly give formwear update. Thank you.
4 ★After the latest firmware update of the app, heart rate monitoring option is missing under Advanced settings hence can't set the interval in which heart rate should be monitored. Also if I ignore a call from watch that doesn't rejecting the call from mobile which was happening before the update. If this two can be fixed I am pretty happy with the app.
3 ★The most imp thing you need to update is the time it takes to turn on the display when the wrist is moved, cuz it's very slow. The next is the watch faces. PLEASE ADD MORE WATCHFACES in the next update. One can be an analog watch face.
3 ★Movie+ & 3-Aug-2020. 1. Okay somewhat satisfied after seeing few updates. But device stability in connected status is still irritating. 2. Accuracy in all the features are still struggling, reminding that at this price we just have minimum features compared to other falgship Products but we still expecting accuracy of those features to be corrected at most priority. 3. May I know the status of hardware repair service in India? 4. I'm very much happier when I got my email response in 2019.
3 ★Why you stopped giving updates , here's some bugs(watch:-tenor move+) :- 1.disconnect automatically when I locked my phone and app is working in background 2. Whenever I launched the app , shows that it's a rooted device and unauthorized etc . (My phone no rooted) Hope that your team'll fixe these bugs . I am waiting for your next app update:)
2 ★This application has some issues. 1. Bluetooth connection: The app won't auto connect to the device if the connection gets disconnected. 2. The app will show your device is rooted and unauthorised if we open it without an internet connection. Please try to fix these issues asap. Atleast the auto connect problem.
1 ★Sir/madem, Recently I purchased 10.or cosmos smart watch by look's it is ok but the app performance is not up to the mark... Sleep monitoring on app is not working, gesture support to wake screen is not working. Hope u understand and solve the issue as soon as possible... Try to add some more watch faces....
2 ★I just updated my software but after update it's become worst lots of connection issue faced it's get automatically connceted or disconnected changes in every 10sec. Please fix this issue asap.. previous version is seems far better than your recent update.. Bluetooth is better in previous version you just degraded your software hope will repair in sometime

1 ★Lot of problems in this app...like Weather and tempreture is not update after connect with smartwatch to Mobile Phone... Steps count is very poor performing.... Bluetooth connectivity issues... Music control is not working properly... App interface and user interface is very very slow Smartwatch is good in this price range but app is worst.... poor..... PLEASE IMPROVE APP AND GIVE HUGE UPDATE WITH FIX ALL BUGS AND ERRORS..... THANK YOU....
