「シャナインTALK」は、企業における“報告・連絡・相談”をスマートフォンやタブレットで実現する、企業向けのメッセンジャーサービスです。企業の管理者が登録したユーザーのみが利用でき、セキュアにメッセージやテンプレート形式のタスクのやり取りを行えます。本アプリのご利用には、別途、法人名義によるお申し込みが必要です。

■トーク
・個別ユーザー／グループに対し、リアルタイムのメッセージ送信／既読確認ができます。
・メッセージはテキストのほか、スタンプやファイル添付（画像）が可能です。
・メッセージ受信時にはプッシュ通知を行い、圏外などの場合はサーバーで一時保存して再送します。
■タスク
・個別ユーザー／グループに、テンプレートを用いてタスクを依頼できます。
・担当タスクに対し、定型のレポートやメッセージで報告ができます。
■連絡先
・ユーザーを検索し、連絡を取りたい相手を「マイコンタクト」に登録できます。
■セキュリティ
・管理者が登録したユーザーのみが利用可能なクローズドの利用環境です。
・ユーザーは管理者が登録したログイン情報を元にログインします。
・通信暗号化や端末内のデータ保護により、情報漏えいを防止します。
・管理者がアカウントや端末を削除すると、端末内データを消去します。
＜インストール方法＞
１．〔インストール〕をタップします。
２．アプリの権限を確認し、〔同意する〕をタップして「シャナインTALK」をインストールします。
３．デバイスのホーム画面に追加されたアプリアイコンをタップして起動します。
４．ログイン画面で、管理者から通知された企業ID・ログインID・パスワードを入力してログインします。
