5 ★Absolutely love it! This was so easy to use- coming from someone eho has no skills or experience printing/copying/scanning or printing pictures. I was able to set up my printer and start printing so quickly. This app tells me when Im.low on ink and will even order it for me. Amazing!
2 ★I found this app to be very limited for photo printing. Tried to print a black and white and the only option I had was monochrome and that gave me a sepia color photo, then I printed in color and gave me some blacks but not black and white. Also, no options to set up printer for other non Canon papers.
1 ★Works great on my phone and tablets, but i just downloaded on my laptop. and it wont even open. something needs to get done. I cant print everything off of my phone, some things need to be off of my laptop.
5 ★This printing app is so easy to use. Photos for my elderly parents is so important in keeping us all together. Thanks for the memories they can hug, touch and discuss and show off to all the nurses and patients.
2 ★The app is always losing connection with my printer. Also I have a Canon printer now and before this one I had hp. The app for the Canon is very slow and not to easy to work with. When I had my hp printer I never had so meany problems with the app like I do with the Canon at this point I never would recommend the Canon brand or app to anyone.
5 ★Great app to print with my canon printer MG320 series. Remember to set printer up to your wifi before printing. Even if you have set it up previously, I found if i hadn't used the printer for a while it needs reset up again as probably the WiFi went down at some point. Remembering how to do that is the problem so just go to canon help page with your printer series and look for wifi set up. Hope this helps someone else.
5 ★I tried every way to get my phone to hook up to my printer. The software that comes with this app. Took over and connected the two with no problem. Sorry to say for years I purchased nothing but HP printers, thought they were the only thing to purchase. Now I was always smart enough to purchase Canon cameras and lens. Then I purchased my Canon G6020. Let me tell you, AMAZING. Print quality fantastic, ink usage incredible. Thank you Canon! Shelva
3 ★Awesome printer. The only thing that's awful is once I have to put this app on my phone I cannot read any kind of documents because it goes straight to print so I have to read all documents from my tablet, it would be a 5 star rating if I could read documents like normal and if I want to print it then I go into the app and print it, hope that makes sense
1 ★Picture print requires you to select picture from every .jpg, etc file on your phone. I have thousands of non photo such files, as well as many hundreds of photos, which I can access easily as a document, but the app won't let me print from a file accessed as a document. For me this app is worse than useless.
3 ★It would be nice if the functionality from the desktop app were present in the mobile app. Selecting paper size for printing for example is limited to two options here. Also, why is automatic duplex printing not available? Otherwise, it works in a pinch, but the desktop app is better (though it too still has its limits)
3 ★Took forever but finally got it I'm new to this printer I just got a canon pixma ts3522 I have never setup a printer before it took a while i had the printer in the other room next to the router but it was to far away once I put it a foot away from the router it worked it only took me 2 hrs to figure out that plus I have a really old Samsung Galaxy I had to stand in front of the printer even though I had full bars I did download the other app that said canon print and then it workd try that
1 ★I just now downloaded this app and when I first opened it, it asked me to agree to the license agreement. I did, then it froze. After 10 minutes I decided to exit the application and start it up again. All it gave me was a white screen when I clicked it and it won't get past that. Please fix these bugs!
