1 ★9/10 times it listed the printer as unavailable. I've tried it on Samsung s10, Google pixel and Samsung tablet. No problems printing from other devices on my network.
1 ★Prints one or two pages then cancels print job. Tried everything to get it to work to no hope. About time Epson fixed this issue.

All the recent 1 and 2 star reviews describe exactly what I've been going through for several months now: print jobs stopping halfway, stuck in spoiler, "not available", etc (and it is NOT bc the printer "went offline" btw). I came to this page to see if I've been missing an update or something bc of all the trouble; then I saw the reviews and that it's not just me. No update since 2019 is ridiculous and explains a lot. Shame on Epson for NO REPLIES to these comments.

I tried to call customer service to have them help me get my printer to work and they told me they will have a tec call me back...5 hours later...I am still waiting for a call back! Updating: tec support called and requested my husband to right click on a touch screen computer...any advice on how to right click on a touch screen computer without a mouse?
1 ★Installed this after getting a message that the google cloud service was being deprecated but doesnt work at all (Epson wf2630) Any print from my Android tablet using this service results in 3 blank pages and nothing else.

1 ★It worked when I first installed it but now it's saying " printer unavailable at this time" and is no longer showing up on my homescreen but is only showing "uninstall" in my playstore. I see everyone is having similiar problems with this app but no answers from the developers on or if the problem will be solved. 2 ★Until a day or two ago, I was able to print email from GMAIL from my Samsung Galaxy S9 Android phone to our Epson WF3640 printer. I seem to be able to print GMAIL from my laptop, but not from my phone. I have tried working this with both Samsung and Verizon tech reps with no solution. Please help. Why has this change occurred just within the past couple of days? Was there some sort of upgrade or something that has been done which has caused me not to be able to print GMAIL from my phone anymore?
2 ★My device is Samsung galaxy tab A 10.1 - 2019 & my printer is L365. Most of the times the prints given just stops printing midway for no reasons at all!!! It just stops - with the power light blinking. Have to switch off & on to make it work again. Only at times it prints perfectly if it feels so. The scanning works fine. Also there is no issues so far for prints given from my windows laptop and was also working fine on my previous device - Samsung galaxy S8+.
