Tafsir al-Jalalain (bahasa Arab: تفسير الجلالين Tafsīr al-Jalālayn, arti harfiah: "tafsir dua Jalal") adalah sebuah kitab tafsir al-Qur'an terkenal, yang awalnya disusun oleh Jalaludin al-Mahalli pada tahun 1459, dan kemudian dilanjutkan oleh muridnya Jalaluddin as-Suyuthi pada tahun 1505.
