هي واحدة من قرى جبل عامل الوادعة في جنوب لبنان، بلدة تاريخية منذ قدم العصور، عاش فيها الإنسان وتفنن في حبه لها، فنشأت علاقة فريدة ما بينهما أسست لمستقبل واعد، لفت إليه الأنظار من كل حدبٍ و صوب. إنها الطيبة، مقاتلة بارعة، لا تهاب الموت ولا أقدام العسكر، ففي ال 20.000 دونم من مساحتها كرامة وعنفوان، تحب البحر وتشتاق إليه، لكنها نائية فبارتفاع 730 متراً تقريباً عن سطحه يبقى الهواء النقي ذات النسائم المخملية سيد الموقف.كُثر هم أبناؤها الذين استهوتهم العاصمة بيروت للعمل فيها، وعلى رغم ال 100 كلم بقي الحلم بالعودة إلى الأفياء والحنان يرابض كل نهاية أسبوع أو عطلة رسمية ليستقر الجميع ويتناسوا البعد والفراق، كلهم اشتغلوا وكدوا وها هي اليوم الطيبة قرية بكل ما للكلمة من معنى، متحضرة بكل ما تحمله الحضارة من معالم، فكيف لا تكون المقصد والأمان هي الخير والبركة وزاد كل من أراد المجد!
