You can also enable or disable tracks manually and save your reordered playlists directly to Spotify. Plus, with our ad-free platform, you can focus solely on finding the perfect tunes.
Our app was originally created as a university project and has since been improved upon in our spare time. We welcome your feedback and strive to make Sortify the best it can be.
How to Use Sortify:
Simply make sure the Spotify app is installed on your device and you are logged in with your Premium account. Then, open Sortify and grant permissions. It's that easy!
Features of Sortify:
Reorder playlists by various criteria
Enable/Disable tracks manually
Save your reordered playlist to Spotify or overwrite the old playlist with the reordered one (can't be undone)
Analyze your playlists and see the average values of music characteristics
Sorting Criteria:
Danceability: A measure from 0 to 100 based on a combination of tempo, rhythm stability, beat strength, and overall regularity.
Popularity: A value between 0 and 100 based on the total number of plays the track has had and how recent those plays are.
Valence: A measure from 0 to 100 describing the musical positiveness conveyed by a track.
Energy: A measure from 0 to 100 representing a perceptual measure of intensity, activity, dynamic range, perceived loudness, timbre, onset rate, and general entropy.
Tempo in BPM: The overall estimated tempo of a track in beats per minute.
Instrumentalness: A measure from 0 to 100, with values above 50 representing instrumental tracks.
Acousticness: A measure from 0 to 100 indicating whether a track is acoustic.
Loudness: The overall loudness of a track in decibels.
Speechiness: A measure from 0 to 100 detecting the presence of spoken words in a track.

Reverse Order: Show and save a sorted playlist in reverse order.
Sort More Songs Manually: Sort additional songs manually.
Save Reordered Playlists: Save the reordered playlist immediately to Spotify by either saving a copy or overwriting the original playlist (can't be undone).
