5 ★Edit: Customer Support is amazing. They handled my issues very well. Continued my subscription and hopefully no more issues in the future. Old review: I love Style Theory. However, I think your company is not taking the cleanliness of your clothes seriously! This is the second time I received an item reeking with body odour... I don't understand it passed your quality control when it is so smelly!
5 ★Great app, life changing. I can now spend less than a million per month for an unlimited wardrobe which were generally priced at more than a million EACH. With an efficient time management, I could manage to rent 10+ pcs of clothings and accesssories per month. great value for money, great customer service and amazing collections. Been using it since Nov 2018 with operational and technical hiccups but they have handle really well so I'm still loving it.
3 ★the way it works is amazing.I have no complaints about that.However, for a system as such, when u r allowed to keep the clothes for as long as u want,there are certain disadvantages.I suggest even if they can keep it as long as they want, they choose pick a return date when they select the box &also it would be better to know how long the dry cleaning takes so we know when those clothes would be available for rent too. Because currently i feel the options and sizes are limited. I may unsubscribe
5 ★I love this app ! I save money a lot because I don't buy clothes anymore but I still look fabulous!! I have sensitive skin but I never had any skin rash or allergies wearing clothes from style theory. This app is my life savior, I highly recommend it.

5 ★Have tried on over 70 over items and to sum it up Styletheory has changed my life! 🙂 I'm not into dressing basics therefore Styletheory is the best place if you are looking for a wide variety of statement options. I will always have something to wear at every occasion be it for beach, winter, formal wear and more! The process from delivery/collection to returning was easy peasy and smooth which makes the whole experience pleasing 😍 This is a GAME CHANGER for fashion 🥰🤩 MUCH LOVES ❤
4 ★In term of apps wise, it work nicely and smoothly. But I think they're now more into selling out their wardrobe rather than renting. Which is kinda sad because I'm used to this rent concept already after 6 mths. And btw their pricetag for their used clothes is still expensive especially if we consider it's a used clothes wearing by multiple strangers. I'd rather buy new but 1-2 season outdated but who knows..
3 ★Love the app and the ability to choose clothes based on my measurements, just that it takes a bit long to load.*edited* recent version doesn't let me return n borrow (on swap trial) as they state i already schedule a return even though i have not. Cust svc not helpful as well.
3 ★The idea is novel. But it takes a week to get a new box. Return takes 3 days and to get another box delivered takes another 3 days. For $129 a month, because of the logistic issue, the max number of clothing i got to wear was 6. Worth the price?
5 ★I had subscribed as a member with Style Theory 1 month ago. What makes me want to be a member is their excellence customer service. No second words, their professional staffs really worked closely with me despite I keep asking and probing. They are very patience with me and gave me lots of suggestion and ideas. Although some of their bags is quite hard to get but they will still keep us posted when it is available and that makes me decided to stay with Style Theory.
2 ★I could not sign up in the app using any of the three methods mentioned. The app keeps telling me it cannot verify my social profile, even when I am not using facebook account to sign up. The load time for each page in the app is more than 30 seconds (I am on a 4g network). The app experience needs to improve a lot.
5 ★I am on my second 6-month-subscription period now ans Style Theory is still an example of a great and sustainable service so far. With friendly representatives, Style Theory provided me quick problem-solving and QnA. People should really do less of buying clothes, and more renting! Definitely gonna recommend.
