1 ★Just downloaded update. All boxes says "Something went wrong". The app is just about as crappy as the customer service of this company! You can't get anyone to answer the phone or emails and now the app is broken. Meanwhile, we have been out of Dexcom Transmitters for more than 2 weeks.
1 ★Sorriest excuse of an app from the sorriest excuse of a company. Keeps crashing. Keeps needing updates. All in an effort to shift patients from human interaction to an automated method. Also constant late orders. Horrible reorder options. And so much more. do yourself a favor and find yourself another supplier, your doctor will happily recommend some others, sometimes your own nearby pharmacy can supply with some of this equipment.
1 ★What was I thinking , it use to work better then the customer service now it doesn't. It says something has gone wrong now I have no hope what so ever. Seriously Solara get it together fix your app and your customer service, we the customers need our supplies not stress in these times dont create something then say it's the best thing ever its not!!!! Some of us pay for our much needed diabetic products.
1 ★Terrible app! There's an error message every time I try to open the app. Solara also has to do a better job at picking up their phones for existing customers. The only way to get through to a person is to choose the new customer option when dialing in.
1 ★Crappy! App always says something went wrong. I hate that my insurance switched to this company! The other was so much better and actually on time with my lifeline supplies. I'm lucky if I actually get my supplies by the end of each month now.
1 ★This app sucks!! Update is worse than the original. Always get the notification "Something went wrong, please try again later". And don't even get me started with their phone customer service. I wish I could use a different company to get my sons supplies.
4 ★I much prefer using this app over using their website. This app has a more automated and streamlined ordering than their website. Considering that they have all of my information and know what I need it's still not as automated and streamlined cuz I think it should be but does work well.
1 ★Usually get the "something went wrong " error. Also no tracking info on orders. And the "contact customer service " just puts their phone number in your phone app. ... which i guess is fine. BUT customer service never answers and never calls you back when you leave a message.
1 ★The app has not worked for at least a week. Even when it's working, it basically does nothing to help you track your vital medical supplies or to resolve any problems you have, which you most certainly will if you are in the unfortunate position of having to get your supplies from Solara. It does one thing very poorly, and one thing very well. It lets you place an order with quite possibly the worst UX ever conceived, and it will open your phone when you click on "call customer service."
1 ★Last sensor expires, 10/12/20. One page says Solara will sent msg when shipment is made, other gives FedEx tracking number indicating my supplies were delivered to a place in NY, Dec 28, 2019. I live in TX and wasn't even a mbr of Solara until Sep 2020. System also says they shipped me 5 separate orders on 8/02/20. Again, not a mbr at that time. These folks are either overwhelmed or ignorant. There is site that tells you how to restart a used sensor by prodding out the transmitter and restarting. Say it usually works, but not always. I am going to give it a try not only with this last sensor but all sensors I MIGHT receive. If enough users do this, profits go down and it might get mgmt attention to problems and maybe fixes. As far as the site goes, worst I have ever seen. Must have been an elementary school project.
1 ★This app is garbage just like solara. They never return calls they let my medicine run out without telling me i need a new prescription. They said this app would make everything better, i cannot even order through the app because of the update. How do they not know it doesn't work? They know yet they don't fix the problem. Typically classic garbage solara
1 ★They updated the app about a month ago and it has been as functional as their customer service is, which is non functional. Like it's literally been over a MONTH that this app has been nonfunctional. What a joke, just look at the other reviews too.
