Kitab Nadhom Al Fiyah Ibnu Malik, yang dikarang oleh Syaikh Muhammad bin Abdul bin Malik ath-Tha’ial-Jayyani, berisi berbagai kumpulan informasi mengenai Tata Bahasa ArabAlfiyah Ibnu Malik suatu kata yang sudah tidak asing lagi di dunia Pesantren. Nahwu adalah Ilmu untuk mengetahui Hukum Akhir dari suatu kata, sedangkan Shorof adalah ilmu tentang perubahan suatu kata.
Di samping tentang kandungannya sendiri yang membahas tentang Kaidah-kaidah gramatika Bahasa Arab yang diringkas secara sederhana. Juga karena adanya faktor-faktor lain untuk dipelajari dan diperdalami lebih lanjut. Diantaranya adalah keterampilan penulis dalam memberikan contoh, juga penggalan-penggalan bait dalam Nadhom yang mempunyai Filosofi tersendiri.
