Aplikasi ini dikelola oleh Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Balitbangda) Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan (Pangkep). Didalamnya memuat berbagai dokumen perencanaan dan pelaporan Balitbangda Pangkep. Dokumen perencanaan tersebut meliputi Rencana Strategis (Renstra), Rencana Kerja (Renja), Rencana Induk Kelitbangan (RIK), serta Roadmap Sistem Inovasi Daerah (SIDa). Sedangkan dokumen pelaporannya meliputi Laporan Kinerja, Hasil Kelitbangan, dan Presentasi.Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memuat berbagai berita dan regulasi terkait kelitbangan, serta hasil-hasil inovasi dari Kabupaten Pangkep.
Salah satu fitur penting dari aplikasi ini adalah adanya Layanan Saran / Aduan yang berfungsi menampung berbagai aspirasi dari seluruh stakeholder termasuk masyarakat, baik berupa pendapat, kritikan, pertanyaan, maupun usulan inisiatif inovasi.
