2 ★Parking availability needs updated

1 ★Pointless, Doesnt work to reserve parking. Can only see available spots and suspicious they are even accurate. Called customer service and they could care less. Guess I'll have to find another way to reserve parking at PIT

1 ★Information about flights is often wrong or misguiding (arrivals, delays, departures). Other data sets are inaccurate. Not a reliable app.

1 ★Loaded the app. Couldn't access any data - not flight info, not parking, not retail, not a thing. Deleted the app immediately.

1 ★This app leaves a lot to be desired: 1) Alert pop-out pops out EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit a new page (this happens on the desktop site as well.) I have to close it EVERY SINGLE TIME I navigate to a new page. I understood and acknowledged it the first time, I understood and acknowledged it the second time, I understood and acknowledged it the third time....ugh. 2) Multiple links are poorly implemented. E.g., when clicking on "Contact Us" from the main menu, nothing happens. Or so I thought. Turns out I needed to scroll down to see the result. Or try tapping the "TSA SECURITY WAIT TIMES" button. Where does it lead? Oh, wait - I need to close the Alert pop-out. AGAIN. Now what do I see? A search box. Oh, wait...I need to scroll down a bit, THEN SWIPE TO THE RIGHT! REALLY??? Bad UI design!!! 3) The Alert and Search pop-outs cover content (as do other page elements), even when collapsed! Not so bad on a desktop browser, but really unacceptable on the mobile app. Responsive Website Design failure. 4) The International Travel page references TWO different apps: Mobile Passport Control (MPC) and Mobile Passport. Step 1 of the instructions tell you to download the MPC App. But what happens when you click the link to the Play Store? You are presented with Mobile Passport. These are TWO DIFFERENT APPS! They may do the same thing, but this can be really confusing. Tag line at the bottom of the main page: "Pittsburgh deserves a smarter airport." I'd say, "Pittsburgh deserves a smarter mobile app."

2 ★App keeps immediately closing when trying to get parking info. It worked for one day and has failed everyday since. I hope the new black & gold parking system works better than the app.
