Slouchie helps you to maintain correct posture while sitting and avoid back pain.Set up slouchie and put it in your pocket, and it will start vibrating when you forget to sit straight.
Maintaining correct posture helps to avoid back pain in the future. It can also make you feel more confident and improve how you are seen in public or professional situations. Slouchie can make your voice less muffled, and thus more influential.
Use slouchie up to 20 minutes a day and feel the difference almost immediately.
HOW TO USE:
1. Open the app and press the big button on top of the screen to start the 10 second delay.
2. Put your phone in your pocket. Make sure it tilts when you start to slouch. Good places are front pockets of your jeans or jacket.
3. Sit straight.
4. In 10 seconds slouchie will vibrate once and will start to monitor your posture.
5. If you slouch, it will start vibrating to remind you to sit straight back again.
HOW IT WORKS
Slouchie save the 3D rotation of the phone. When you slouch, the phone deviates from the original position. Slouchie will then vibrate until you return to the correct posture. You can set slouchie tolerance by using the slider found in "Customize slouchie" card.
