Description
The D&D 1st Ed Treasure Tables is an application that rolls on the treasure tables from the 1st edition Dungeons and Dragons Dungeon Master's Guide for you without you having to roll the percentages by yourself let alone decipher the cryptic rules on how to roll on the tables properly. The tables were taken from the DMG starting from page 121. Treasure types are all generated according to the percentages and tables listed at the end of Monster Manual I.The app is split into three panes. The beginning pane lets you choose how you want to generate treasure. If you select By Table, you will be taken to a second activity where the tables will be on a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. This is the paradigm used throughout the app - simply select the table type you want to generate treasure for and the results will be written to the screen.
The By Type button takes the user to a similar looking activity where across the bottom of the window are the treasure types. Each monster in the Monster Manual has a treasure type associated with it. When the monster is encountered in its lair, rolling for its treasure type will determine what can be found there.
