Illegally dumped tires is a huge problem for the entire Lower Rio Grande Valley, and to help address this issue, the Counties of Cameron, Hidalgo and Willacy and many cities throughout our region have partnered together with the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council to bring you the "Road to Recycling" Regional Tire Collection Project. Have you seen any illegally disposed tires around your area? You want to improve your community?Use the LRGVDC Road To Recycling* app to notify your city authorities.
With this app you will be able to:
• Flag an illegal dumping tire site: Snap a photo, add how many tires are you seeing, and send the report directly the corresponding authorities.
• Build Community: check out the activity of other community members, vote on their reports, and share them on your social media channels!
