1 ★UNBELIEVABLE! -- IS IT FUNDING $$$?? With thousands of potential reports being eliminated where the city now WON'T HAVE TO ADDRESS OR CLEAN UP, its a savings for their budget and a terrible thing for San Antonio....All due to the app user's inability to pinpoint the location on a map, it reduces the clean-up of graffiti, illegal dumping, broken signs and traffic lights, that will ALL GO UNREPORTED!!! - These will accumulate overtime and affect the city. With the other app you used to be able to point on a map, now you must use your current location or type exact address. Sometimes you don't have an exact address, you might be at a traffic light and take a quick photo of graffiti or broken sign and send it later when you stop your vehicle, NOW YOU CAN'T. Sorry San Antonio

2 ★Constantly crashing. Unable to make a report. Needs a way to click on the map to set location beyond your GPS. GPS would be fine, if it ever accurately showed my location.

1 ★app still does not work! Already reported a number of problems and support has not fixed since the app was released. Today the network was down again...

1 ★Used to be good app to report dead animals, pot holes, etc. but now it doesn't even want to load or keeps crashing when opening the app. Needs a new patch or update to resolve this basic issue.

2 ★Used to report an area about grass being to high that you can't see... a guy went out to cut only a square around the bus stop. Hello people trying to exit baywater to babcock rd can't see..... I called and the lady said she can't do anything because there's already a schedule date for the end of the month... weeds are already 6ft tall
