5 ★Great application! It is motivating you all the time you dive in, and no chance to avoid training. You can track your progress and see the final goal. Im going to purchase subscription, but havent found any details regarding subscription period (yearly, monthly, weekly, etc.)
4 ★I'm glad you made an all in one app. Mostly it works well, but I am having trouble with the custom workout crashing the app at the end of the workout on my Galaxy S7. I am able to get through the workout, but am left with no record of having done it (it says Days: 0 on the workout page when I've done). It would also be nice to be able to put my custom workout on the Workouts page in the app, along with my squats and pushups.
5 ★Some updates I'd like to see: Id like to see a percentage breakdown of what muscles are being worked in my custom workout, not just in the stats tab because sometimes i exit my workouts when busy and it becomes unreliable. I'd also like to see how long the workout is in the editing menu. And a dark mode.
1 ★I recall having this app before. It, the app worked perfectly. It, the app, allowed the holder to do push-ups, squats, pull-ups and sit-ups. Recorded the info individually and the notifications came through uninterrupted and on time. My opinion is this app was ruined by hackers. This app was perfectlei written a long time ago. Today this app is written to choose one of the four exercises to perform daily. I don't like it, it being the way this app is written today. Lots of room for improvements.
3 ★As a combi of all their previous apps, it's a nice idea, but notification (bi-daily prompt) doesn't work where it did in the separate apps. Also, although I select English UK, the dates come up "broken USA" or "middle-endian" with no setting to display and search in either "worldwide common practice" forward notation (use by most of Europe, Asia, Australasia, etc) or "ISO Standard" reverse notation (used by Hungarians, Japanese and some others). Bizarre since the dev. seems to be Ukrainian.

Good response from the dev. 2 thumbs up 👍👍 **Feel free to ignore the following**Having used the previous exercise apps from this dev, I am disappointed to find that you can't use multiple exercises in a circuit fashion in this one and if you leave one exercise to perform another then it fails to log your data, making you start all over again.
5 ★Really happy with this app. I like how they have put all workouts together now on one app, I had the old versions where every workout you had a separate app To get full access and remove all adds it's just one payment of £2.49 which is great. I've just been using this app for few days now but so far so good already seeing great results with press ups and pullups looking forward to see my results after 3 months.
1 ★Horrible. It does not work, even in the paid version. It does not allow esiting customized workouts, so of you want to.add something to your regime, you need to create one new. It duplicates workouts once you are done. It does not allow changing the order of some workouts. On the top of that, the exercises are all illustrated with masculine icons. Come on, 2020...
5 ★Really great app! The only thing is that the computer voice is terrible to listen to. Otherwise I enjoy the layout and simplicity. The pushup progression is good and tests you to see where you should be placed each week.
4 ★Starting off with squats only. I have to start at the lowest level which is embarrassing but that's where I am. Only part I don't like is I have to start with the first one of which it declares me wimpy or something else similar...but that is my reality
1 ★Can't transfer my statistics from older version.. the all old are 5 stars. Ttandfer still doesn't work.. reinstall few times log in and out did back up a couple of times but it's always the same.. 2019-08-29 the statistic transfer still doesn't work... 2020.02.02 I'm still trying to use this version but the older apps are better in the warming part. The synchronize between old and new still doesn't work.
5 ★Intuitive, with numerous options, yet not overwhelming. You can start with one exercise and then add others later on. Great instructions, thorough stretching & warm-up, great progression. All in all, the best workout app I've come across.
