(مواقيت البصرة) تطبيق من إعداد جامع الحكيمية في البصرة، يهتم ببيان الأوقات الشرعية لمدينة البصرة وضواحيها استناداً إلى (جدول الأوقات الشرعية في مدينة النجف الأشرف ومدن عراقية أخرى) المستخرج من القرص الليزري (التقويم الفلكي الإسلامي) الذي أنتجه (مركز البحوث الفلكية) التابع لمكتب سماحة السيد السيستاني (دام ظله) بعد طرح الفارق بين مدينتي البصرة والنجف وفق ما حدده الجدول.وينبغي الإشارة الى أن منتصف الليل في هذا الجدول على رأي السيد السيستاني (دام ظله) - وهو منتصف ما بين غروب الشمس إلى طلوع الفجر-، أما على رأي السيد الخوئي (قده) وفقهاء آخرين -هو منتصف ما بين غروب الشمس إلى طلوعها في اليوم التالي- فيتأخر عما ورد في الجدول بما يتراوح بين (42) إلى (50) دقيقة حسب اختلاف الفصول.
كما أن المتعارف تحقق الفجر عندما تكون الزاوية التي تحققها الشمس مع الأُفق بدرجة (18) درجة وهو ما لوحظ في حسابات هذا الجدول.
ولكن بعض الخبراء يرى تحقق الفجر عند تشكيل زاوية الشمس مع الأُفق بدرجة (19،15) مما يعني تقدم أذان الفجر على الأوقات المحددة في هذا الجدول بما يتراوح بين (6) إلى (8) دقائق حسب اختلاف فصول السنة.
وهناك خبراء آخرون يرون تحقق الفجر عند تشكيل زاوية الشمس مع الأُفق بدرجة (16) ومقتضاه تأخر موعد أذان الفجر عن الأوقات المسجلة في هذا الجدول بما يتراوح بين (12) إلى (18) دقيقة حسب اختلاف الفصول.
ومقتضى الاحتياط الإمساك للصيام قبل الوقت المحدد في الجدول بـ (8) دقائق، وتأخير أداء صلاة الفجر عنه بـ (18) دقيقة.
التطبيق يشتمل كذلك على تعقيبات الصلاة والأدعية والزيارات والتنبيه على الأوقات الشرعية ومتعلقاتها الفنية.
