1 ★app seems to be broken for Android. cannot log in. iPhone app works fine

1 ★The app is fine, however Peak Payment did not cancel my gym membership after jumping through all the unnecessary hoops to do it. Can't have the gym do it, you have to call Peak. Can't call Peak, you have to wait til 2 months before the end of the membership and email them to cancel. I waited making sure not to forget -- that's what they want. They said they would cancel it. I got a confirmation email that it was canceled. They are still charging me 3 months later

5 ★I am modifying my review based on my experience. I had a Peak representative call me as soon as they saw the previous review. This individual was very courteous and professional. She took care of my concern and placed herself in my position to fully understand the situation in order to take care of my problem. My problem was simple. My debit card had expired, and the payment declined, causing a late fee. Unfortunately, I was abroad and couldn't resolve the issue until I returned to the States.

1 ★I hate the app. That one moment u sign in but forget password then try to get a new u can't cause u need an employee physically to help u.
