1 ★It's missing a lot of usability features, like copy to calendar or even text highlighting, and it takes a while to load anything, which is weird for an app that's supposed to be used in convention center with bad reception.

1 ★App has no offline cache, often just fails, logs you out for no reason, tells you there are no spots when you actually have a booked spot and want to see the details... It is missing tons of useful info. It's also horribly slow. Its just a badly designed and written app.

2 ★Expected better given the scope of the event. Slow loading, delayed clicks and responses, planner is often empty on load. All in all, pretty buggy, but much better than the crummy website when it works. Event filtering alone is worth it.

2 ★So slow, misleading errors "catalogue isn't available yet" whilst waiting for it to load, can't view the details of a session after it has started just get "oops, there aren't any seats left". Very poor, last year's app was better.

1 ★This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. With horrible performance, a terrible user experience with the catalog and booking sessions, and a lack of basic features (sharing a talk with a friend/colleague, etc), you seriously need to re:Invent this mobile experience.

2 ★Not fast enough. Generally, each event could show the list of slots and venues in which it is happening, over the week, in a single screen, instead of repeats as separate rows. So difficult to manage schedule.

3 ★The app is useful for navigating the re:Invent conference (2019) but is fairly buggy and slow UX response. It usually does not load my schedule without first viewing the larger catalog. It is certainly an improvement over a year ago, for sure.

1 ★Everytime the app launches, it tells me session content isnt available for like 2 or 3 minutes. Every. Single. Time. It forces you to plan to launch the app before you need it and keep it in the foreground.

3 ★Not very responsive. Need to load the catalog first before checking my calendar. Didnt know this app exists until the 3rd day of re-invent. But it served its purpose well. Could be much better. Hope it will be all ready for 2020.

3 ★App is slow on boot. There are times when the app needs to be closed and reopened for it to function. Once you get the app to open properly, there are no issues with the UI for functionality.

3 ★It's just "all right." Pretty slow, and often doesn't load my schedule. They need to add some on device caching to make the schedule load even on terrible hotel wifi. I have to kill and restart the app several times a day.

1 ★app was bad. slow, laggy, frequently hangs, generally unusable. it was often faster for me to stop and look on my laptop. was late to several sessions because I couldn't even pull up the room number. not impressed.
