1 ★Horrible! Can't get books to sync. Books are not showing up in my library. I paid for a book and it only showed 3 pages of the book. Customer service is no help. I have been a customer for a long time and I am done with this app!
1 ★My Nook library hasn't worked since September. Ive had to download books from the library. Every time I call they check and my Nook is up to date and they tell me they are working on it.
1 ★I purchased a book through the nook app on my phone but it doesn't show purchased on my nook. I can read it on all my other devices, but not on my nook. I've downloaded all the updates and tried everything I can think of, all to no avail. Not a happy camper.
2 ★i havd a nook, and the nook app in my ipad. recently, they started syncing only sporadically. new books have appeared on the ipad, but not the nook. nook support has not been helpful at all.
5 ★How do I keep my device to stay in a rotation from top to bottom not like when I'm playing solitaire the device rotates by itself from top to bottom. Could you lock the device so it would stop doing that. I love playing games by myself not on fb. Thank you Janice

1 ★I've been a Nook reader for years. All of a sudden my library disappears and I have to redownload the Nook Reading app (which is no longer an icon on my homescreen) l now have to access this through Google Play. What happened? I want to read, not figure out tech.

4 ★While I love the Nook interface, I absolutely hate that it is impossible to purchase Nook Books outside of the US. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but as I'm a dual citizen not currently living in America, I've been driven to Kindle (which allows me to purchase books internationally). It's really a shame, Barnes and Noble, since you're a fantastic chain. Please do better.
2 ★Some books I've downloaded are not showing up, so it's not syncing properly. There's a bug that somehow it's not letting me completely delete ebooks so the amount of memory space is not big enough; otherwise it's adequate for reading ebooks. I've tried buying more memory to install but has not helped at all...a waste of my money. Tech support at Barnes and Noble has been no help whatsoever either.
1 ★Since the hack nothing but trouble. Updated nook and nothing is working. Can,t even turn the page when I can even get into my library.
5 ★I love having a nook so much that I now have two! Love taking along to read on trips and whenever time allows for a good read. I love getting caught up in a good book!
