1 ★When My 2 megablast speaker are synced and they are just about far apart bout 16 ft away it starts to makes a Crackling or popping noises or something interfering weak signal. I tried everything to see it needs update on the app and the phone is up to date for updates and i have restarted the phone and connect it along with wifi , still comes out the same results. Fix the issue plz. It was working before and I've had the 2 megablast apart about 65ft apart and the signal was still strong.
1 ★The app shows that I am signed in to my wifi network but when I attempt to join the speaker to it it keeps saying it has lost the connection. I've tried to join the wifi on 3 separate devices right next to my router and no luck. FAQ is no help either. Good sound, terrible wifi connectivity. What a waste of money
1 ★I loved my Megablast so I bought a second one in order to pair them for better sound. Unfortunately this app is nearly useless as it only allows this occasionally. I have tried everything- updates, full resets of both phone wireless and both speakers and router - and still 9/10 the speakers won't pair, making my purchase nearly worthless! Please UE fix this software issue!
5 ★Great app but plenty to work need to be done. Developers should in future consider working on group set up. It should be once not every time speakers are switched on. I bought two speakers to set up a stereo system. But I have to do this every now and then. Second, should introduce a feature to time them to woke up from the up.
1 ★I got my speakers to party up one time. The app and firmware suck. The app won't even recognize my speakers when they're successfully paired toy phone's Bluetooth. The partying mode is a major part of why I got these. Probably will take them back. 😒😒😒
1 ★So terrible. My Megablast CONSTANTLY disconnects and it is BEYOND frustrating. Waste of money. Should've bought a Google speaker.
1 ★The megaboom, boom2, roll2 and megablast don't connect to each other and you don't even have an option to play through wifi, BT range looses at 12 feet, starts breaking up, then what's the use of having wifi speaker other than useless Alexa? I regret buying this overpriced product UE MegaBlast indeed. At the end of the day it's just a Bluetooth speaker with equilizers in app.
2 ★When the app launches the speaker settings don't load. Almost like it thinks the speaker isn't available. I have to select the second speaker and then reselect the first speaker before it becomes available. This was an issue on my previous phone too.
3 ★I spent 400$ after tax for the ultimate ears w/alexa. Now while the Amazon Alexa portion works phenomnally the speaker itselfnsounds almost blown and my phone constantly is disconnecting and it's quite f$!#&! Annoying. If I ever spend that much again it will not be on a UE product. Anyone know how much it cost for a Beats Pill?
1 ★Megablast worked fine for 4 months, now refuses to connect to the internet. Replaced unit but still exactly the same problem. Even though it is connected, Alexa will not recognise it. Bought for the reason that I use Amazon music all the time, now only works through blue tooth.
1 ★I used to love this speaker like it was one of my own. Since July I've not been able to play any music through this speaker, as the speaker won't connect to the app or to my S10 plus anymore. Looking like a waste of money & time now. Very disappointing.
2 ★Huh? The fact that you can't do something as simple as power on/off remotely is just pathetic. You could do this on megaboom and boom!
