1 ★Very bad service, I had to wait for 2 hours and in the ends the order never delivered and the customer services only apologies without any action not recommended to use this app at all
1 ★Updated review: Bad delivery times. It's late about 60-65% of the time. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They close the chat on you if you take more than a minute to reply. Moreover, they spam you with advertisement 2 sometimes 3 times a day. I've requested their customer service to stop the advertisement messages and notifications 3 times and all 3 times they said they would do it but didn't. Done with this app now, it's pathetic. I'd rather get my food the old fashioned way than deal with this.

1 ★They deliver product that expiring soon and when you complain they will tell you they are going to replace it but it will never happen and when you complain again they don't answer anymore. Very rude not good for oresring
1 ★Each time I order there is a different problem: no cash payment option, the delivery takes more than 1 hour to be delivered even though the time on the app said otherwise, and one time they confirmed that the order will be delivered by a snoonu driver but they didn't even send a delivery guy to the restaurant and changed the option on the app to "take away" which is not logical for a delivery service application. Just wanted to share my experience so that you can prevent any further damage.
1 ★Worst experience ever. My order was not delivered customer service is not responding. I contacted with three of their agents. Did not get any proper explanation nor refund. I already uninstall their app once before. I gave them a second chance. Because may be that day they were busy. But happened again. Please use other apps. I am uninstalling again. They stole my money too.
