Description
This application can collect health observations from Bluetooth Low Energy Devices supporting the following Bluetooth SIG GATT services: Body Composition and Weight Scale, Blood Glucose, Heart Rate Service, Health Thermometer Service, Pulse Oximeter Service. It is also capable of collecting health observations from HDP Bluetooth and PHDC USB devices supporting the IEEE 11073 20601 standard. A limited number of proprietary Bluetooth Low Energy and SPP devices are supported.Collected measurements can be sent to any Health Service that support industry open standards (V2 and FHIR). Default setup allows data to be sent to Lamprey Networks Exchange Service.
Health@Home PHGs are an essential building block in an open remote health monitoring solution, and provide plug and play interoperability with personal care devices through the use of international standards. Health@Home PHG follows the Continua Guidelines when collecting data from health devices, ensuring data is represented in a manner consistent with clinical requirements. Data uploading is done either via the IHE's PCD-01 transaction or the HL7 FHIR specifications.
