What's new in version 1.4.3
This release of Trip Manager version 1.4.3 is a maintenance release that updates Trip Manager to the current Android and Google technologies as needed. Other minor changes were made to improve the user experience.
How to install LogistiCare Trip Manager APK on Android phone or tablet?

5 ★I was reading the bad ratings people having issues sighning up using the app but my exsperience is to sighn up using your cumputer then download the app and sighn in and you are good to go that works better that way
5 ★The reason this app has so many bad reviews is because it's gotten off to a horrendous start initially.bSeems that with this last update, someone clearly whipped out the bug spray, as the app seems to function just fine most, whereas the last time I looked it, I have many of the same issues that other reviewers describe. I think I may have tried to book a ride through the app once and wasn't able to, but I can't remember for sure, and can easily do so from the website on my phone. Would have given 4 starts normally for that, but with all the negative reviews, I think the devs deserve a star for how far things have come. Some improvements I would suggest is notifications to remind you of a ride 2 days before, and integrating the where's my ride service somehow. There appears to be some sort of read-only message tab set up, so if that was changed to a chat it would facilitate communication between the representatives and riders that haven't been picked up on time, which for me is a common problem. Just a few simple changes to the app could really have an impact on streamlining the whole process for everyone.
1 ★Why can't I get past where it says to enter your member ID, name, state and insurance company? I enter everything and it keeps telling me to "enter a state first"
1 ★Constantly had issues with this app and not being able to log in last year. I thought maybe after a year this would be fixed, no such luck! I had to make a new account and now I can't even finish registering because it isn't picking up that I have entered a state for me to be able to move on to the insurance information. They really need to work on This app! It's useless!
3 ★The LogistiCare Trip Manager App is... Broken. There's no trip cancellation reasons. I can't cancel rides I do not need or made by mistake. I've seen several people also have this issue with the app, so it's definitely been a problem for others as well. If you could fix that, a lot of people would appreciate it. ALSO: the website doesn't even let you cancel rides! For the same reason! Yikes!

1 ★Unable to register. It keeps telling me to enter a state first and I already have. It will not let me go forward.
1 ★Have to go back 58 years on the DOB calendar. Once I did it was stuck saying the correct month & date but not the yr and it will not let one type in the year. I shouldnt have to try again for 2 min on the back arrow 58 years! Next (!), I selected the State and the Insurance popped up warning that I had to select a State first. I did select the State but did it AGAIN anyway to no avail! How can one contact the App programmer when there is no info. as to how one does that in google play.
1 ★Every time I tried to enter in information the screen jumps around so I can't see what I am typing. When I finally got to the part where it asked me what state, I selected from a list. It jumped to the next question asking me what type of insurance I have but insist I enter in a state first. Interesting that this "error" happened the same time it suddenly got harder to call trips in via the phone. They are trying to find ways to get out of paying.

1 ★The first time i tried using it, i called for the ride to the doctor and used the app to go home. It said successful. No car came because the initial trio was called in. i waited a total of 3 hrs for a car being that i wasnt informed. Today i tried it again, i couldn't log in. I tried changing the password and it did nothing because i apparently picked a previously used password. When i finally figured that out, it wouldnt let me log in. Zero stars if that option was there. Dont try this app!!!
1 ★this app is just as useless as the website! it wont let you add a member. I have all the correct information and it keeps telling me there was an issue or error. I called many times and they say try this or do this and NONE of it works! they make so much many and cant even provide an app or website that functions properly . please get it together . I would give 0 stars if possible since you cant even use the app whatsoever.
