Members can challenge and compete with friends, earn coins for staying ahead on steps, and redeem coins for motivation stickers & company benefits.
Organisations can set challenges based on average steps per member, and increase/decrease target goals accordingly.
Steps are accrued through your mobile Android handset or watch, or data can be shared via your wearable device such as Fitbit or Jawbone.
During each challenge, members will receive health tips, motivational quotes and ideas for getting additional steps through the day.
Personal steps are only shared with your chosen team members, overall company combined steps are shared with all.
