Hi! My name is Frank Hamilton (CPT), and I'm here to help you begin your journey to a lifestyle of fitness. My app will allow us to work together towards your goal. My programs are designed to help you work in the gym, at home or even outdoors using only bodyweight.
We will have direct access to each other throught the entire program. I will be able to hold you accountable with your logged meal plans and workouts. And I will track your progress through measurement and picture updates.
All workouts are designed by professional fitness coaches. The
dietary plans and macronutrient calculation knowledge are from a Registered Dietian or Certified Nutritionist. There is also Fitbit integration to track step counts, calories burned, distance traveled and more.
