يقدم هذا الإصدار باقة منتقاة من كتابات بناتنا الطالبات في المرحلة الثانوية والتي تنطق بالحب والفخر وتهتف بالاعتزاز والولاء للمملكة العربية السعودية، متضمنة مقتطفات من إنجازات الوطن حسب العهود الملكية، انتقتها الطالبات الكاتبات وسطرتها أقلامهن من عهد المؤسّس الملك عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن آل سعود -رحمه الله- حتى عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز حفظه الله.واعتنت مبادرة (قلم وولاء) بالمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف وزارة التعليم المتمثلة في بناء شخصية الطالب الإسلامية والوطنية والفكرية معرفيًّا ومهاريًّا وقيميًا سعيا تحقيق رؤية 2030.
وتقدم مبادرة (قلم وولاء) هذا النتاج الأدبي للنشر؛ لتشجيع الطالبات على الكتابة الجيدة المنطلقة من القراءة الموجهة والتأملية والبحث الجيد عن المعلومة من مصادر موثوقة مع العناية بعرض الفكرة وسلامة التعبير بأسلوب فني بديع؛ لتعويد الطالبات على المساهمة بأقلامهن ومشاعرهن في تمثيل المواطنة الصالحة التي تُظهر الاعتزاز بالوطن وتُشيد بمواقف ملوكه الخالدة.
ومما يجدر الإشارة إليه أن أبرز ما يميّز هذا الإصدار عن غيره مما كُتِبَ في موضوع الوطن ومنجزات ملوكه العظيمة؛ أنه مؤلف كتبته بناتنا الطالبات في المرحلة الثانوية بمشاعرهن وأقلامهن عن سيرة وطننا الحبيب المملكة العربية السعودية؛ ليقرأه النشء بقلوبهم ويثمر الولاء في الجيل بعد الجيل لوطننا الغالي.
